A Burgundy and Dusty Rose Wedding at The Sunset at Smallwood Farms

We had been at The Farm for a little while when Noah arrived.  The first words out of his mouth were “how is she doing?  Is she good?”

That pretty much sums up these two!  His very first concern, without hesitation, was Taylor.  He absolutely adores her and she him.  They are the sweetest couple ever!  They weren’t wrapped in stress over the day.  They were wrapped up in the knowledge that at the end of the day they would be Mr. and Mrs. Turner.

The day went so smoothly!  As photographers, our goal is to stay on schedule as much as possible so that we are able to get every shot of every detail possible.  This day was so well constructed by Taylor, her mother, Regina and her bridesmaids that not only did we stay on schedule, we pretty much stayed ahead of schedule!  The best part was that it was ALL stress and rush free!  And when you roll through a wedding day stress free you end up with gorgeous images of gorgeous people having a great time!  Everyone involved in this wedding day was the best!  Taylor’s bride tribe could not have been more helpful and happy (especially Taylor’s sister, Reagan!).  These girls truly took their role as bridesmaids seriously and took care of their bride!

Taylor & Noah had chosen to do a first look.  We had heard a few jokes from the guys and the girls that Noah would be “emotional”.  To us, personally, it just doesn’t get any sweeter than a groom showing emotions when he sees his future wife for the first time on their wedding day!  When we are photographing a first look we are so focused on making certain that we capture every gesture, every emotion, every look.  We try not to get too involved personally so as not to forget what we are doing.  Well, with these two, that was no easy task!  It was every brides wish!  When Taylor tapped Noah on the shoulder and he turned around!!!!!!!!!!  We just about lost our composure!  The look, the total raw emotion that poured from Noah was the sweetest, most genuine moment we have ever had the honor of witnessing!  The way that Taylor took him in her arms…….  It all happened like they were moving in slow motion and was just beautiful!

Their wedding day was incredible, full of loving friends and wonderful family!  We so enjoyed spending their special day with them all!

Noah & Taylor, thank you so much for entrusting your engagement and wedding day memories to us!  It was an honor and an absolute pleasure to be a part of your year and the grand finale’ known as your happily ever after!  Congratulations, and we wish you all the happiness this world has to offer!
